Here's the solution for Nokia 1680c and 1681 Fake Charging problem or the device shows charging indication but it doesn't stored or saved on the battery. This problem may caused the device unable to charge up and caused the battery drained quickly.
To fix this problem locate the highlighled components on nokia 1680c PCB board and then do a replacement on that said component.

For fake charging problem on the device replace the O.22 ohms resistor and also trace its connection line paths down to the battery's positive terminal.
