Nokia 1680c,1681c Local Mode/Test Mode Problem Solution

Local Mode- Test Mode Problem Solution for Nokia 1680c and 1681c

First try to remove the BSI BTEMP resistor which has a rated value of 10K then try to turn the device power ON again. If the Local mode or test mode disappears, replace that said BSI and BTEMP resistor, do not leave it remove for it will caused a flashing problem in the future.
The components near the battery connector will also be check and replace if after removing or replacing the BTEMP and BSI resistor doesn't fix the problem. Some local mode and test problem on nokia 1680c or 1681c is caused by a faulty UEMCLITE. reworking or replacing it will only fix the problem.
